Manchester, NH - Thanks to generous funding from RiverStone Resources Inc and The Brown Foundation, the Currier Museum of Art was able to offer 20 full scholarships to Inti Academy students for the 2018 Art Center Summer Camp season. Eight kids enrolled in the Planes, Trains and Automobiles camp and eight more enrolled in the Atlantis Adventures camp. Both groups enjoyed working in a variety of media to create colorful works of art based off the fun camp themes, as well as Museum tours. They also had fun making new friends while having snacks, lunch, and recess (playing soccer of course!). Four middle school aged kids were able to take the Comics Camp, where each participant creates an original mini-comic and contributes to class feed-back sessions. The camp concluded with a Comics Convention that was open to the public on that Friday.
